About Us
Barbara’s Kitchen has been inspired by our passion for home grown produce and my husband’s great skill at growing beautiful chillies from seed. Rupert will be found in the greenhouse getting his chilli seeds planted in the cold month of January, ready to harvest in the autumn.
Based in Dorset, we grow many different varieties which go into the flavoursome award winning chilli preserves that make up our range. All made in the traditional one pan method by hand in my kitchen. My happy place. We use no artificial colourings or preservatives and the range is vegan and gluten free.
All our preserves make fantastic parings for charcuterie and cheese boards.
We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour. Supplying food outlets with catering tubs, we also make bespoke varieties when required.
